Well there you go. I've been using computers since I was a wee lad. I still remember making my parents mad when I figured out how to edit autoexec.bat in MS-DOS and made it do all kinds of silly things. |

It did. They also got mad when I made the computer boot into MS-DOS instead of Wangblow$, since I thought it was a pain to let Wangblow$ load and then have to exit back to DOS to play a game or whatever. All you had to type was: cd win
win...and that was it, but even that was too much; the CLI scared them. Bah. |

Not on my machine. Wangblow$ had its own directory. The only thing in the root directory were various boot scripts and command.com and such.

Could be. Here's something to consider: do you think your typing would have been faster if you were typing in Norwegian instead of English? I think I'd have a harder time if I had a text given to me in Norwegian. |

Their is a possessive pronoun. Just think of Norwegian "sin" or "deres." There is translated either "det" or "der," depending. I notice you sometimes say "It is" instead of "There is," which is understandable, because a n00b to Norwegian might say "Der er" instead of "Det er." (I think you know all this already; you just gotta drill it into your head. ) |
