IT did an update on my work computer today, and when my machine restarted, my video was all messed up. I complained about it, and IT did nothing. I eventually fixed it myself because I was too pissed to wait for those morons to do it...

Your IT department probably had no idea how to fix it.

Wouldn't surprise me. I should boot one of the XP machines into Tails and run that for an entire shift. They'll piss their pants when they discover Tor traffic on their network. That'll show 'em.

You should do it.

I think I would seriously be fired for it. Can't risk it.

Just install it on the IT manager's computer. That way you know what will happen to people who use it at your job.

Unless he's locked his BIOS, I could boot his computer into Tails OS...

A cat in city hall?

Lauren dropped it off for you to play with.

Then Lauren gets banned from City property, and I still get fired.

Probably not. More Wangblow$ bashing! Speaking of bash, how about bash on Wangblow$ TEH ÜBER BOTNET, eh?

It's ridicules. Apparently, people are saying it's more like running Ubuntu in Wangblow$, than running bash in Wangblow$. Not sure what they mean with that.

It can't run the X server, so as far as I'm concerned, it's just bash.

From what I understand, you run bash commands that will query a cloud server, which is running on Ubuntu. So technically (in a weird way), it is Ubuntu on Wangblow$.

Canonical are sellouts for going along with this nonsense. I will never use or recommend Ubuntu (or Mint) to anyone ever again, which is a shame because Mint really is nice for someone brand new to the F(L)OSS world...
