Why is Python so awesome? And why is v2 so much better than v3? Discuss!

My interest with Python started with seeing how much it was used in GNU/Linux (some distros more than others), and it's so much you can do about it.

I'm going to get good at Python, then I'm going to learn C, then I'm going to learn Intel 64-bit assembly. Hopefully this is all before I go back to school so that class is easy. (Also, because of RMS, I of course have to eventually learn Lisp!) Python is seriously so much prettier than C is, though. It's like as close to natural language as a programming language could be.

Oh, it'll work. I'll teach you object-oriented programming in one weekend, and Amy will get mad at us for ignoring her.

Until Amy comes down on you like a ton of bricks. That's what Lauren does when I ignore her all evening in favor of my computer and/or books.

Because I'm ignoring her. I ate my dinner in the study today and she was bugging me the whole time. while lauren.nag == True: close.door= True volume.up = True gentoo = True if tired == True: close.door = False try: sleep() else: yell() sleep()
